Aku pake bumbu roico yg cream soup. Terus sesuain lg rasanya pake bawang putih, bawang bombay, lada, garem. Isi nya bisa apa aja si. Disini aku pake ayam, buncis, wortel, jagung.

Sebenernya kalau ga mau pake bumbu royco jg bisa. Caranya pake telur sama tepung maizena. Tp kaya gini semangkok jg ga sampe 300kcal. Macro nya ada semua. 🤤
