oh ya been bustin' my but trying hard to get slim. Eating better exercising almost every night! I have to let my self take a break but it can be addicting. The desire to see results! I'm so hoping to see my results a lot more than I have so far. Sugar is the enemy and I love sweet things but now I like Truvia so it helps. I have been using the Stevia sweeteners for a few years now that I think if it. I still can't convert Sheldon.
