Wish I could use one..I have a pacemaker and scales have magnets in them, a big no no. 

I love mine, saves my sanity on days when my body doesn't do what I want.  

Do you weigh yourself or food on it?  

how does it tell you all that? how much for the scale and where do you get it? 

My scale is dumb as a post. 

I didn't know such a thing existed.  

In dollars it would be around 32$. You step on it bare foot, it has metal plates, and I think it uses electromagnetic waves and measures the resistance of the body and because bone/muscle/fat have different resistance it can count the ratios. :) I bought it online in an electo shop. 

The exact model I bought is Xiaomi Body composition Scale 2. Seems to be quite accurate. I have been measured on proffessional devices before and the numbers are similar. :)

Can you tell me how high off the ground the scale is? I’m looking for one but it has to fit under a swinging linen door. Tight spaces 

I think it is only around 3cm high, so I think it would fit under something quite well. Thank you for the toes compliment. ☺️ For the ones asking about how it works, I wrote it a bit earlier, I dont know anything more specific. :( It is Xiaomi Mi Body Composition Scale 2.
