Back to 190. I deserve the gain. It's expected when you eat 2400-3400 calories per day. I feel so discouraged that I don't even feel like trying anymore. But I have to try because my pants are tight & I feel so freaking fat. I feel that 179 (11 pounds) is too big of a first goal, so I'll go back to 184 being my first goal, then try to maintain that weight for a while. This also is the half-way mark of the 30-day Valentines Day 10-pound challenge. Half way through I'm down 4 pounds, which was really just Christmas weight. If I am to meet this challenge, I have 6 pounds to lose in 2 weeks. That's exactly my first goal (184). Again, I don't feel motivated, but at least I can start by eating a little healthier. Yesterday I had Mexican for lunch and Pizza for dinner - that's a recipe for weight gain. ((( Side note: I've been REALLY stressed with my son lately!! )))
