lol, I just want to say that the experiment didn't go so well. Not only was there a gain, but the sugar I consumed also didn't do me justice. So, today, I'll try a Wasa cracker later in the afternoon, instead of doing my complex carb in the morning. It seems that I have more cravings that way.
Must go on with my day. I'm healing.. I cut the corner of my finger off last night while making noodles for Owen.. So, it's not fun, dealing with the radiating pain. (yay for no insurance..). I'm glad I know first aid. :)
