Hi Armetha, I am not a veteran of dieting either. I recently started Atkins, and I lost 4 lbs in the first few days. Then I went to stay with my son for a week for my granddaughter's 3rd birthday. Yup, I gained most of it back. Now I'm really trying to get into the grove again. I am finding it very hard after a week of eating mashed potatoes, and birthday cake!

Hi DARnut Hope you can get back in the grove. I know the feeling of taking steps forward and then quite a few backwards.We both need to just hang in there.My first weigh-in will be Sunday the 9th. Wish me luck.
