The weight is going down very, very slowly. Past 3 days there has been no change at all, but it is again a bit better than before . Still a long way to go, but at least there hasnt been any gain. :)
59 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
