I had lifted dumbbells today. Its not my favorite thing to workout with. But getting in a few bicep curls or chest press is something I am needing to work on. I had started cutting my body recently. I am not sure on what a good brand of protein powder for women would be but I have been trying to work out at least two hours four days a week. I had lost 16lbs since Christmas. so I am trying to continue the weight loss journey to reach my goal weight.
