Just blown away by this had a killer workout my peanut butter than I should’ve last night Thankfully it did not hurt today’s weigh in
51.5 kg Lost so far: 13.0 kg.    Still to go: 51.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.8 kg a Week

I'm not convinced there is such a thing as too much peanut butter. if I'm binging on anything...... nice loss!!
