Today I had quite a bit of carbs. Lol! I still did good for calories. oatmeal and whole wheat bread was breakfast. I also had 2% milk and a teaspoon of sugar in my coffee. I do plan on doing some workouts on my spin bike today. plus whatever else I think I need to work on. Maybe some more an workouts as well along with leg and booty workouts. I had been trying to get the few larger areas worked on daily. those are the biggest. my chest and arm areas are not really huge. But I still work on them from time to time.
