Finished up a 6 cycle rotation of the INSANE BANE Training Program I found online. I was also doing a 2-a-day for 4 rotations so kCal increased to 3350. I will be taking a light week or more possibly stay away from weight training. kCal will drop again slightly as to preserve muscle just for the week. Bring it down 200 to 3150. Then wreck it when I get back to the weights!
