Decided to change for the Keto diet this week. To see how my body reacts. Anyone has tried? Any feedback? I was following the intermittent one and lost some. A bit scared of the change 😱🤦🏽♀️

I do keto. it really works for me. be aware that you will need to give it more than a week, it takes time for your body to adjust to the change in fuel source. you may find yourself feeling less energetic than usual. if you're used to eating sugary foods you could have a bit of a withdrawal period as well

I did felt with the intermittent one, the lack of fuel. Specially in the moment of sports. 😱😱😱
So yes, I will give a try to Keto for some time to see how it goes.

Yes you will still notice that for a while on keto. Your body is used to having carbs to burn as a quick fuel source. It takes time for your body to acclimatise to burning fat instead so you will feel a drop in performance until you adjust.
