I feel positive about my progress and I have been able to focus on the food area of my weight loss challenge but I'm not so good on my moving the body area of this challenge. I want to exercise in the morning because I teach school and after a long day with children I'm bushed by 3pm then...at 5pm I start cooking dinner, do dishes, work on school curriculum, cut out school related things and bam it's 10pm. I'm venting right now.........I can always find an excuse why I didn't do it...... I know I'm the only one to do this. I have to get movin. I joined another challenge where you gotta move it everyday...and that's why I joined that challenge because I'm not mov'in it. I've also been very busy this week because I'm also taking two very different night classes. One (a math class)on Tuesday nights 6pm-10pm and the second (ECE Administrative legal/business) Saturdays 9am-5pm. You would think that being so busy would burn off some of this fat...nope! When I go to the college I purposely park so I have to walk and often it's up hill. Every step counts. My family is also facilitaing a Memorial in my Mother Sylvia's honor this Saturday (Feb.7th) Mom passed away December 14, 2008. She was an advid bowler so instead of the typical funeral we are having a Bowling Memorial for Sylvia with family and friends. I will be moving it this weekend for sure!
