So far I am doing OK on South Beach. Its been 3 days carb free and I can honestly say, that I have nov cravings for anything carb-like... so I am thrilled about that! I am experiencing some not so nice side affects from not really eating enough fiber since there is no carbs and no fruit for the next 2 weeks, but I will get past that. I have not gotten on the scale, I don't want to until the end of the week when my body levels off from the carb-free diet.
I booked my flight today for my vacation in Florida! I have 11 weeks until I leave and I would like to be at 220 pounds... so 11 weeks to lose 23 pounds... I think I can do it! I am so psyched to see my Aunt, she has so much awesome stuff planned. While I am there, I am looking for a job and home in the Ocala area... with any luck something will come through and life will be grand! I hate it here in Dirty Jersey.....
I finally got some answers on my neck/headaches... evidently there is no sign of arthritis or fracture in my neck X-rays, but I have lost complete curvature of my neck and this is bringing on the neck pain and the headaches.... hopefully the doc can semi-correct it.
Another snow day tomorrow, so that means I am stuck in the house.. bored out of my mind and losing a day of pay =( ... well I will try to make the most of it and catch up on some sleep and do a good long workout!
