A Scandinavian sandwich cake with salmon. I made it for yesterday's Valentine's Day. 1 piece(1/12 of the cake) is approx. 331 kcal.

Karpatukas, here is the recipe: Sandwich cake with salmon. 24 slices of white bread, without crust. 1.Tuna spread: Mix all ingredients together. * 2 tins of tuna chunks * 6 medium pickled cucumbers, grated. * 1/2 lemon juice * 250 g soured cream * 4 tbsp mayonnaise 2. Seafood sticks spread: Mix all ingredients together. * 200 gr seafood sticks, grated. * 5 hard boiled eggs, grated. * 4 tbsp mayonnaise * 300 g soured cream 3.Final spread: Chop finely smoked salmon trimmings and mix all the components. * 400 gr soft cheese * 240 gr (2 packs) Smoked salmon trimmings * 4 tbsp mayonnaise * 1 tbsp chopped dill Preparation: Place 2x3 slices of bread on a tray. Cover with tuna spread (1). Put a second layer of bread on top. Cover with seafood sticks spread (2). Next layer of bread and tuna spread (1) and finally fourth layer of bread and seafood sticks spread (2). Place in the refrigerator for 24 hours. The next day, cover the cake with the last, smoked salmon spread (3) on the top and sides. Garnish to your liking (salmon roses, cucumber slices, lemon slices, olives, eggs, parsley, tomato, spring onion, etc, etc ...)! Bon Appetit!🥰
