Hihi maaf baru respon ya Kaka", aku mulai jalanin program diet di bulan Mei 2020 sampe sekarang & angka mulai dietnya itu di angka 71.70 kg , Alhamdulillah skrg sdh 54,9 kg, target sih 50 kg sekarang , cuma kalo dari tbku yg 150cm sih kayanya kurang klo cm 50kg, idealnya kisaran 45-48kg , cm ya klo dah sampai 50kg aja tuh aku kayanya udh bersyukur bgt bisa berjuang sejauh itu si hehe
& Tipsnya sih cuma 2 ka, 1. Komitmen 2. Defisit kalori hehehehe gtu Kaka Kaka
