resepnya ini ya
bahan :
1 egg tofu, aku pake kingbean
1 sosis champ
1 siung bawang putih
¼ bawang bombay
½ sdt merica / lada bubuk (bisa dikurangi atau gapake sesuai selera)
1 sdm kecap manis
1 sdm saus tiram (kalo gamau keasinn bisa dikurangi, di icip dulu masukinnya dikit dikit)
cara :
1. sosisnya bisa digoreng dulu kalo mau, aku cuman bentar biar empukan
2. tumis bawng bombay dan baput
3. masukan sosis dan egg tofu lalu masak sebentar
4. masukan air dan kecap serta saus tiram
5. masukkan lada dan sejumput garam, masak sebentr
6. icip dulu kalo udah pas udh siap di sajikan
