Step1: Eliminate breakfast.
Step2: Destroy snacks.
Step3: Keep my mind busy and focused on things that are not food related.
Step4: Exercise, exercise, exercise during fast.
Step5: repeat on a daily basis, stay focused on the reason why and keep positive.
