Its obvious I have found my plateau in weight loss with my Pilates machine and a moderately watch diet plan. I'm toning very nicely but I want to see what I can feel! I'm going to have to switch it up and go less carb., sugars and healthy fats only and keep my calories to around 70% intake. I have to exercise more rigorously until the snow is gone and then I'll be able to get out more.
