Yesterday I had a cup of beef barley soup then ate half a chicken breast then ate a small toss salad and drank 2 bottles of water and two cups of coffee and a banana and wheat pretzels for a snack. and a ham sandwich with provolone cheese on whole wheat/flax bread.
Today I had coffee-- 2 cups and then a large piece of meatloaf with 1 slice of white bread. For work I will bring in a salad and a piece of chicken along with water and a slice of wheat bread and a piece of johns banana bread.
