TODAY is actually Day 2 of my Postpartum workouts. I tried to workout last week, but Monday was the only day I could manage to....after 10 months of not doing anything. I'm starting over this week. Day 1 was yesterday. I was unable to do all the reps and sets for both yesterday and today....but today, I tried to do at least one more rep for the exercises I DID do. It's discouraging to find out that I'm THIS out of shape. I guess I can't beat myself up too much since I did just have a baby last month....but still. I was SO good before. Oh well....just gotta keep trying.
