2nd week of boot camp. Love this class! Im sore and at my absolute end when its done and feels AMAZING! Went 2 days in a row this week, one more tomorrow. Still no drop in scale but feeling strong and eating smart. Get used to this body of mine, we are back in the game.

Love that feeling!! You drag your sore tired sweaty kicked to the curb butt to your car.....swearing you'll never do this again...but you're back the next day daring them to try and kill you again!!

Even when there are no results on the scale, there are other rewards from a healthy lifestyle, such as how you feel after a workout. Plus, you may be gaining muscle and losing fat. Keep up the great work, Sarah!
