OK, so…its been a minute…waay too long.
I have been really under the weather and I am even having trouble sleeping at night because of my congestion. I feel that if I don't figure out a way around this cold….then I may never meet my weight loss goals.
Today I woke up with a sinus headache, so working out this morning was definitely out of the question.
I did make it to spin class today and I felt much better just getting a workout in today…. then i cam home and i tried out my new insanity workouts….Yo….don't sleep on insanity!!
So for the next 60 days, I will be completing the insanity workout in the morning and going to spin class for lunch (unfortunately, I have a luncheon tomorrow, and I won't be able to actually go to Spin), but all days that i can go, I will go.
Insanity is all about completing short, interval workouts and they are all 40 minutes or less…
