I feel amazing today! A little sore but still wonderful. I went to the gym again yesterday, I was having a really stressful day at work and in my personal life. I had a hard work out and it just made me feel so much better. I need to become addicted to that instead of food. I met my mom for pizza last night and I didn't even touch one slice. I keep telling myself positive affirmations, and it felt so much better to not eat the pizza then to break down, give into my craving, eat 5 slices of pizza, and then feel guilty about it all night. The most powerful thingToday is a good day.
