pagi ini aku makan telor rebus sama susu, biar perut keisi sebelum minum vitamin. siangnya diajak makan di luar... baru beberapa hari back on track udah muncul rintangan kek gini:") rasanya kalo lagi defkal pengennya di rumah aja terus biar gak ada godaan.
