Trying not to eat junk food. Have re-introduced fruit (bananas and apples along with cheese). Seem to be gaining weight as a result. Need to cut down on breads and anything fatty (cheese?).
73.2 kg Lost so far: 19.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week
