Forgot to weigh myself this morning until halfway through my run. I did it just for fun afterwards so we'll see what it is tomorrow. Today was rough! Dark chocolate banana bread, real German strudel and all kinds of other goodies. I had a little of the banana bread and strudel but small amounts. Ran this morning and yoga this evening. Ready for bed and the rest of my crazy week before I'm traveling for two weeks.

Those "goodies" sound evil! There were a bunch of cupcakes at a party I went to tonight. I just snubbed them all and kept going. I look at them and all I see is a skull and crossbones, like the "poison" symbol in my mind. It helps!

I've been doing good with just a little bit. Self control has never been my issue but portion control is a big problem. I can't throw food away, so even if I don't want it I'll eat it just to keep from throwing it away. So I cut my own pieces so they are small, just a bite or two. If I candy cut it I won't eat it.
