I got 2 compliments today, both within 2 minutes of eachother, one from a woman, one from a man. :) The woman actually said "your big o boobs and your tiny little waist, look at you!" omg, i'm still blushing!!
Feels great though! My weight was 138.0 this morning, i'm hoping for it to be 137.8 in the morning so that i have a loss of an entire pound for the week. That hasnt happened since i dont know, May?
I am soooo behind on my work here in the office, i've been so focused on myself, it takes a lot of concetration in the beggining, trying to keep away from snacking. But i've been doing really well. I havent eaten one thing that wasnt planned all week.
I've also been meat free since Tuesday (officially) and i feel fantastic. I feel so healhty!
I'm ready for the gym tonight, core and running. I'm thinking about moving up to the next level in my running program. I've been on walk 3, run 3 for 4 days, next step is walk 2, run 4. I think i'm ready... we shall see.
Tomorrow is Friday, yay!!
