I am trying to lose 8lbs by my birthday this weekend. I had been exercising like crazy the last few days, and I hope to reach this week's goal weight of 311lbs by then. I am so far doing well on my diet. Wish me luck!

You cannot use exercise alone to outrun a poor diet because the very moment you stop you are back at square one. But I think you already know that.

One more thing, be careful with your activity choices. overdoing it can end up causing you physical injury that would be a setback to achieving your long term goal.Happy upcoming Birthday. Even if you miss this goal by a little, you are doing a great job.

Good Luck Morgan! If you still have a few # left remember water in the body has weight. If you dehydrate to lose that weight, you'll be in bad shape. Be careful losing it so fast.
