Very close, I'm in Russia. You have to find specialised butcheries here for that kind of thing, especially here in Tatarstan.

@Stadsuz, nope that was just dinner😁. Yesterday I took in a total of 2026 Cals. I aim to hit 1,950 on my weekly average. Yes I am small, only 5”2 (158cm) but do lift pretty heavy weights for my size so need the calories to build a little muscle.

Over 2000 Cals for a girl is great if you wanna become a Pro Bodybuilder, I am 6.3ft weigh a 105kg and I Barely get in 2500 Cals on a daily (you must share your Secret Lol) and I will show you how you can get yourself down to 1500 Cals a day with everything your body needs 😁
