I dont know whats going on with my weight? I'm starting to think that this weighing everyday isnt a good idea.

hi yami, girls like you and i see the most loss in the first week. i know you are doing your own diet, but give a low simple carb diet a good though. i'm on atkins and even tho the first week was really hard and messy (meaning i didn't stay anywhere near the 20grams of carb allowance) i am not doing very well. i'm always full and always drinking water. i see that the majority of ur diet are carbs and sugars. this will prevent you from burning fat first. but don't give up and i agree with you, weighing in everyday is torture. i hate it. i say i'm gonna stop and i don't... like i'm addicted to the scale or something. best of luck... i'm here if you need some support now and then. : )

My best advice is to not even get on the scale, if you can help it. (I usually can't go more than a week or so until curiousity gets the better of me.) Your weight will fluctuate so much for so many reasons - you could be doing well and not even know it just because the scale went up! Don't give up!! You're doing great! I agree with slimvero about the carbs & sugars - you may want to watch how many you're getting.
