Today, during my commute, I was thinking about weigh in days. More specifically: how often to weigh in. The two popular answers are once a week and everyday.
Once a week is suppose to help you track without seeing the discouraging scale fluctuation that is day-to-day life.
Everyday weights help a lot of people stay honest with themselves.
I have swung both ways at various points in my diet life.
One of my thoughts were doing it every other day. Then comparing weight fluctuations with the stuff I eat, I can maybe learn something... never mind that seems like too much work.
I think I want to do weights twice a week. This way I can kind of peak at my progress and adjust accordingly. I will try it for a few weeks and see what happens :)

I do that too. Sometimes I'm all about "waiting". Sometimes I'm all about daily weigh-ins. Sometimes I peek, sometimes I don't. When I was in high school, counting calories, I weighed daily. I always noticed the days I ate cheese, I would gain some (a temporary gain). It's funny how our bodies work.
