바질페스토 바른 식빵 1장 + 닭가슴살 + 토마토 + 로메인
이걸 마지막으로 식사를 끝내려했으나..저녁에 밥을 먹어 이건 결국 간식이 되어버림.ㅎ 나가서 좀 걷고외야겠어요. 😭
