So I was quarter to saying *best SpongeBob voice* "counting calories is for Winnies😂😂" and then I came on here and realised I'm still within my calories for the day. I don't need to go over them...I'm thirsty and not hungry..An afternoon workout would probably do me good...So thank you FS family 🙌🌱
