I am so happy that I am losing weight. I lost a total of 10 pounds since I started. It's almost unrealistic. Im starting to think negatively and its because I usually give up by now:(
It's not hard at all to keep this diet. I just have to keep focused.
I went to school yesterday and I got alot of compliments about my weight loss. I noticed I lose weight quicker when I take my green tea capsules. I also started taking vitamin E.
