so I was very good yesterday, I walked past the break room where the strawberry cupcakes were screaming my name 3 times and I ignored them! Small feat for most but for me I won that battle! wrote myself a note and put it where I could see it every time I was by the calorie, candy section, it read "I love me more than the junk food and I am tired of being a fat ass" it worked I stayed away from all of the temptations! Good day. YAY me
