Another killer day at work. Sadly most of the people I work with are very fit so you would think things like donuts and made from scratch chocolate cake wouldn't make there way in. No it does.... I wouldn't have had both but the donut was from a little local shop and I was told I had to try it. If I had known there would be cake I would have said no... And just had the cake. The only reason for the cake at all was the bosses favorite person who's a little insecure about her amazing baking skills made it. Then we had a team lunch, out. The worst part of my day was when I realized the barbell class I did yesterday was too much. I went yo yoga then came home to run, I couldn't. I had no strength in my legs to run. I'm very bummed because I was up to 25 mins straight... Hopefully Saturday will be better. I'm worried about my trip but I'll just keep it under control.
