Started this journey at 141,8kg After 2 months of hard work I'm down to 127,5kg. Walking and climbing with my son just makes it worth while. Playing tennis and enjoying life. 28 kg then I hit double didgets. Will be the first time in over 20 years. Can't wait!!!
