Not bad I suppose, hopefully do better next week

Honestly it always feels like that when you have a primary big drop..it's like your body is excited and throws a load out and then slows down. It happens to most of us...I jus keep adding it on so see it as total loss instead of weekly. It's a real good loss in one week!💫💫
