I weigh every day and have been stuck at the same figure all week. I think I may have plateaued a bit. Currently I’m doing intermittent fasting, watching what I eat but not cutting anything specific, and about 8,000 steps per day (not 10,000 I know but I really struggle with getting them in!) Any advice to kick start the weight loss again? I feel like I need a shake up! About half a stone to go.
