I felt really bad yesterday, my blood pressure got low for me (116/66), and was nauseous. Slept for most of the day, one of the perks of retirement after 40 years of teaching! Feeling better this morning. Thank you for your support, being part of a group helps me keep focus. Spring is in the air!!!
