體脂25.6 改塑身衣 大腿-1 腹部-3 水腫慢慢退 體脂彈上來了 早餐 大熱拿 蔬菜湯+蛋花 中餐 自助餐菜+煎雞胸肉+地瓜三口 16:30 蘋果幾塊 晚餐 地瓜 花椰菜 豬血菜 蛋 湯排骨肉 白飯兩三口 氣炸雞翅3 (晚餐吃得比中餐多) 但整天沒亂吃 不吃麵包好痛苦喔😅 加油啊
