Put on 6kg over the last 6 months or so, mainly in lockdown binging on tv and crisps. Need to lose about 5kg this time round. Restricting my calories. Current diet is cereal for breakfast, Asda egg cress sandwich and a normal home cooked meal for dinner. Tonight’s dinner is soup and garlic bread. Averaging about 1700 calories.
