I’d like to say it’s covid pounds but it’s just laziness. I have nothing productive to do so I gain weight. I miss working on my house and with covid I can’t find anything - like habitat for humanity or something like that - to keep me busy. It warm now though so maybe I can take the dog hiking this weekend if it’s not raining.I can either move or eat. If I’m sitting around doing nothing I’m going to eat.

I totally feel your pain! I used to live at the dog parks with my pup, but yeah... covid weight. What helped me out was setting up a cheap rowing machine in my living room, and putting YouTube videos on for learning how to use it. Just a thought, ymmv.

Thank you!! I’m going to start walking. Unfortunately I tore my meniscus a couple weeks ago so I can’t do stationary bikes or rowing machines but I’m hoping I can walk with a brace. Fingers crossed!

Do nor despair!! When I feel down, I find my doggo is the best emotional and physical coach... do try to go for a hike with him, I’m sure his joy will bring you some. Have you tried yoga at home? There are a lot of apps you can use that will adapt the exercises to your needs.
