realized i screwed up today. i didn't feel like making a stir fry yet again so i decided to punt and have a veggie burger with whole wheat pita, alfafa sprouts, munster cheese and grape tomatoes and a few grapes. sounds healthy right? but it was a lot more calories than my original meal plan. shit. oh well. i could nix my snack but that would put me way short on protein and i would be starving. hmmmmm.
