@lisa @liya Inti nya deadlift itu gerakan yg melatih hampir seluruh otot di tubuh kita. Lower body, upper body kena semua pokonya. Makanya dibilang king of excercises. Terus naikin hormon testosteron jg yg ngebantu pembentukan otot.

Tp btw deadlift itu jg termasuk gerakan compound yg lumayan susah ya guys. Ga sekedar dorong aja. Belajar nya pelan2. Aku pun masih belajar benerin form nya. Karena tingkat cidera nya jg lumayan tinggi. Yaa ibarat high return, high risk lah. 😂
