Did pretty well today, although I did eat a piece of coffee cake that my neighbor brought over... the bakery he works for makes the best! Problem is the size of the cake he brought me is like a full sheet cake! I controlled myself and only ate a small piece. I am bringing some to work tomorrow to get it out of my house.
No Zumba tonight.. I did something to my knee over the weekend and it is only getting worse. Very swollen, can bend all the way or straighten so I figured that taking a Zumba break is a good idea. Hopefully by tomorrow it will b feeling better and then I can go back to my routine!
