Latihan legs day emang gak ada lawan. All variation squat and rise glutes with dumbell 15 kg done ✔, progress updated dari yg kuat 5>7>10>12>13>15. Antara tambah beban lagi atau stabil 15 kg. Karna emang nguras tenaga dan auto geter2 kakinya 😂😂
