Well yesterday was my high calorie day..but it wasnt 300 extra cals. I"m not sure what to do here. I want the high calorie days but aside from eating junk food with lots of empty calories I dont know what to do. I am just not hungry to eat extra. I did manage to break my 1700 goal but thats funny because all week I have been making myself eat extra to try to get it and fail each day. I think I"m gonna make 1600 my new caloric intake instead of 1700. But I may have to take out my high caloried day altogether. I dont want a lifestyle change where once a week I fill my body with worthless food just to "gain calories". I also think I am changing my weighin day to mondays starting next week. This waiting till tues is killing me!!
