Made good choices today...still feeling a little hungry tonight. I am going to drink some more water and hope that helps! I do need to do my exercises....I don't feel as motivated to exercise today because I am actually sore from yesterdays mini-workout! I will be able to increase my times, if I am consistent!! NO FISHING!!! I am determined to move forward and not look back at my past failures! I am worth it!!
